The job is to handle all inbound calls pertaining to hotel reservation and travelling, product information and other enquiries.
i.Willing to work in Malaysia (work permits will be prepared by the company and we will also assist candidates to find accommodation).
ii.Must have at least a Diploma, preferably from Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
iii. Fresh graduates with good spoken Japanese/Chinese, especially Japan & China citizen who are interested to start their career in a call centre are also encouraged to apply.
