Yes, There is GNC in most of the big malls in Jeddah. You can also go to the golds gym to workout and by nutrition supplments from there. Regarding food, if you are looking for healthy food. There is a place called diet center. You can visit then, and you pay a monthly fee for the plan you choosse. Then they will deliver you the food wherever you are whenever you want.
