Hello,

So I just realised yesterday that I have overstayed my 3 month visa by 2 weeks, very stupid I know! I am going home to Ireland for a 2 week holiday leaving tomorrow night and will organise a new visa from there but I am worried about what might be said to me in the airport tomorrow. Does anyone have any experience of this at all? Or information on on the consequences of overstaying? Is there a fine? WIll it effect my application for a new visa?

Thanks in advance!
Niamh

Hi, I am also overstaying my 3 month visa by 14 days, what happened to you when you tried to leave Senegal?

@Niamh_88 Hi Niamh, I am actually in a similar situation and now I am worried. Is there a way to get in touch with you? I want to know how to deal with this situation!

Hello Manu Singh,

Welcome !

Please open a new thread on the Senegal forum to enquire about overstaying.

Reach out to your embassy or immigration services.

This is an old thread and the last visit of that members is from 9 years ago, I am closing the topic.

All the best
