I'm currently a senior at UVA here in the United States and I'm due to graduate with a Bachelor's in Commerce w/ a concentration in Marketing and IT. I'm interested in moving to Norway and possibly attempting to make that move permanent. How difficult would it be for me to try and make that happen? I don't have any Norwegian relatives or anything of that sort. I would need a work permit before I come right? What is the process after that?

Sorry for all of the questions, I'm just really curious about it.

Thank you :)

I think the easiest way for a US citizen to move here is for study. You might want to consider applying to a master's programme here. I know several US citizens who have come here that way. Otherwise I suppose you will have to get a job first, which might be difficult without speaking Norwegian.

Good luck.

Thank you! I'll look into that.
