I as a Slovenian wanted to do that... but somehow it is very complicated.. If you are not a local farmer it will be very difficult to buy it...

Bonjour je pense que le prix des terres n'est pas trop cher, mais pour ouvrir quelque chose vous allez galérer pour avoir les accords, faut compter 3 ans environ.
