English classes in Sangolqui or Valle De Los Chillos

As the title says, any info would be great.

My wife Found the Catholic College in Quito has a Spanish class for beginners but I missed the registration date. There's also Cambrige school in Valle but I'd like to find something a little cheaper if possible. I've got the Rosetta stone course but it's very hard to do, I can barely keep my eyes open and usually need a nap after an hour haha.
