Where is Basin Ecuador?

I have been looking at the classified ads for housing and keep seeing Basin listed as the location. Is that a suburb, town, or a large area in Ecuador? These ads are showing up in the Craigslist postings.

I am not sure. Look at craigslist.quito and look at house/apt rentals. And tell me what you think. It doesn't specify where it is. And yes, it is Google translate for those of us who are not up to snuff on Spanish.

Click on blank area of page,
I use the google/bing translator to english,
drop down to all housing on right box,
enter rent in left box,
click on a blank area, and push enter button, and the ads appear in english.
Drop down a few lines and you will see 2 ads that say basin ecuador.
