Hello frds,
Zahid Ansari here, i will be traveling to Bahrain next week and will be in and around Seef area.
just need some suggestion guys

I have been offered 250BD+accommodation in sharing+ traveling
I am also a person who spends less and like to save a lot.

wanted some info on internet and mobile sim card plan(Own Mobile).
and which is the best service provider.

And hows the life style out there and hows the safety out there right now.
Any more Suggestion from frds out here other than my query will be more helpful.

Hello,

Seef is one of the most expensive areas in Bahrain - but you will be provided accommodation so it shouldn't be an issue.

250BD is not a lot - however since you will not be paying for accommodation and travel - this is enough to save some.

If you cook yourself at home - or eat mostly fast food, you'd be spending around 80-100BD for food. Get a prepaid sim from any of the operators (VIVA, Zain, Batelco) - I use VIVA because I find their mobile broadband speed the best - but I don't think you will be using mobile broadband. Check http://www.viva.com.bh/content/viva-prepaid-0 for their prepaid mobile packages and http://www.viva.com.bh/content/data-add-ons for their data add-ons.
