Just a questiong regarding people's experiences with customs in Myanmar/Rangoon.
I have read on the Australian government's website that some communication devices (Laptops, phones etc) may be subject to rigorous search. Is this true? What exactly do they do with our laptops etc?
Also, how do customs respond to medical and prescription drugs? I wish to bring a first aid kit that has malaria drugs and other prescription drugs for cold and flu etc. Is this allowed? I am not hinting on bringing anything illegal, seriously only want to bring anti-malarial and first aid drugs.
