Hi, I'm living and working in France, since more than a year, now I request a PACS, I got all necessary documents but Burmese Embassy in Paris can't confirm my birth date, even with my family list translated , the city hall of our city can't proceed to regularize my documents. How can I do to request to Myanmar government to re-issue my birth certificate. Please , someone can answer to my question.

Do you have family back home ? I think they should contact the Civil Registry department of your locality or the competent body National Civil Registration Office...
