Hi there,

I will be travelling around Europe in June, I would like to explore some village, small towns in Norway, if places having cottage industries or Small or Medium scale industries, It will be great

Please some one advice me, that will be a great help.

I would travel in Eroline train. I'm planning to spend between 3 to 7 days in Norway, or even more.

Thanks in advance

Any particular kind of industry you want to see?  Where will you begin your trip in Norway?

In Southern Norway there is a tradition for building wooden boats.  There is a festival in Risør in August. http://www.trebatfestivalen.no/english.html
The nearest railway station is Gjerstad, which is approx 30km away.

You may find that only travelling by train is restrictive.

Hi Lynn, thank you for the advice, if in particular, yes I'm more interested in sustainable products, I have no particular area in sustainability, but I can generally say like, sustainable or organic foods, clothing. I think I should land in Oslo, but travelling is not really an issue, I'm ready to take on wheels.

Thank you

Dinesh
