Hi Christine, which part if Chiba do you live? I live near Nishi-Funabashi station and just delivered my baby 3 weeks ago.
If you live not too far away from Nishi-Funabashi station, I suggest you to go to Yamaguchi Hospital, they serve very good! The problem is you need to speak Japanese or you need someone to translate in English.!
