Can I work in Japan if I have a lung scar

Hello . I'm a nurse , and want to work in Japan as a nurse also , but I'm afraid that they will not pass me and will deport back to my country because of my lung scar . My dream country is Japan but having this in my lungs , it feels like it's becoming a hindrance for my dream . Should I stop dreaming working abroad ?

Let's hope that someone can shed some light on this.

In the meantime, have you checked with the Japan embassy in your current country? They will definitely have the answer to your questions.
