You need to get onto google maps, see what is close by then search as above.
Not too far from work because traffic is a killer.

Rental in Kemang is very high you would be wise to look around the areas surrounding Kemang such as Pejaten, Buncit, Pondok Indah but you ideally need to see the area as well. If you need somewhere for the children to play that will cost more. There are always lots of houses to rent but the price on the ground is different to the price on the internet.
I would also check out apartments as well as they often have pools and play areas as part of the package.
As Mas Fred said dont live too far from your work, especially around Kemang as the traffic is terrible at the best of times.
