Hi,

Can anyone tell me how is the place Bahrain to live in. Me and my husband are moving to Bahrain. I am Indian, staying in delhi. How much time does it take to get the driving license in Bahrain? please tell us abt Bahrain(entertainment, nightlife, job wise, economy wise)..

In camparison with delhi not better. but good place to live , safe clean good people. I am here since last 3 months , I am from Rajasthan Udaipur , worked in Mumbai for a year , then in london for a year now in Bahrain but few drawbacks here :

> No public tranport (there are few buses but negligible)
> If you dont have a car you are handicapped.
> getting licence can take ages (min 5- 6 months)

good points :

> Calling to india is really cheap
> good indian clubs here
> good indian veg food
> flight tickets to india are cheap.
> more likely to india
> nice beaches
