Sorry, can't help as don't go to hairdressers.  I tend to think Spanish hairdressers are better anyway and if you are in Cadiz there should be a good selection. 

However that isn't what you asked - so there are a couple in the ICC, and some up and down Governors Street, City Mill Lane and Engineer's Lane.  Janice at Ocean Village does Aveda products and Classic Cuts in Cornwall Centre does Paul Mitchell.  I have no idea what any of that means, but they are in the Yellow Pages
