Hey everyone!
I need info regarding ladies Gym in riyadh,now the thing is that i've been a member of this small gym attached to a salon in my area,but i want to know are there any good Gyms,beside Manahil,luthan & yibreen kinds,maybe like Fitness Time & Body masters ?
Does anybody knows do Fitness Time is for women also or not,because someone told me that it has gyms for both Women & Men.But one of its branches is near my place & i've never seen a women coming out of it.
Also pls let me know about the fitness centres in DQ.
I dont remember the name but there is one club with swimming pool which has its fixed days for girls & boys.Its also pretty inexpensive.If anyone figure out the one im talking about,pls let me know.
