You must be crazy thinking you can travel all over Tanzania on Saturday and Sunday!!!! Unless you own a small aircraft, you will need a good few weeks to cover all the sites in Tanzania and that does not include the beautiful Zanzibar!!!
The drive to Mwanza will take you a good 12+ hours. I have driven to Tanga from Dar and that took something like 4 hours.
