Hi

We are seeking  a person to help an English lady (mid 40s) with mobility issues for a couple of hours a day from the end of September.  This would involve some shopping, very light housework and a bit of companionship.

Thank you Johnny. Do you know where jobs would be advertised? This site shows how they support unemployed youngsters but i can’t see what jobs are available.

I am in Uk and trying to help my daughter who is in the Grandola area

@Mary,

In the IEFP website, you can contact IEFP and/or put a job offer in this website;

https://iefponline.iefp.pt/IEFP/pesquis … .do#page-2

please use the filters:

OFERTA DE EMPREGO

Then select

ÁREA GEOGRÁFICA = Portugal / Alentejo

AND

ÁREA PROFISSIONAL = Ajudante familiar (Family helper)

You can also try this social organisation in Grandola. Perhaps they have a job centre.
