Eood formation

OK. In reference to my last post.


Can anyone point me in the right direction for starting a eood for property purchase?


I've been advised to start the process before I buy.


As it looks like it will be a private sale/ no agent involved,  but will be using lawyers.


The prices seem to range a lot with Google search.


Flying over for a couple of days is not a problem,  as I believe now you have to be present in country.  Also this would be cheaper than going to London.


Any help greatly appreciated.

Correct, cose the Eood will purchise the property, the entity. Than it should already exist upon purchise.

Get your lawyer to form your company. Prices may range, but security is importnt as well. There are many companies that offer company formation services, but they are not legal professionals, don't have the wide view of the picture.

I propose a specialist for company formation and for the due dilligence and conveyances of the property.

All can be done at the same time. Usually companies can be ready within a week.
