I exited kuwait and returned with a new visa, got a different civil id number than my previous one. I canceled the new civil id number and successfully got my previous civil id number through paci.company or mandoop doesn''t help, I did all the steps myself to get the correct civil id. now as my company tries to transfer me to another company, the canceled civil id number shows in the system and can''t proceed the transfer process. please advise on how to resolve this issue. thanks.

In this case you need to visit the PACI center for your area, it would mostly be the one on 6th ring road, or dajeej. something went wrong with the system, so it is best to let the mandoub handle it.
