life and IB school kids age 14 - 19

We would like to move to Pristina summer 2024, for four years. Our son would go to ILG grade 9 next year because he does IB.

Does anyone know how many kids there are in grades 8 to 12? I heard there are no/not many peers. Can any one recommend going with kids his age and why?
