Moh staff nurse about to get terminated

Hey there,

I was working as a staff nurse in saudi moh for more than 3 years. I was on materninty leave for two months had a sick child, so im unable to rejoin currently & my leave is exhausted. I have requested for an extension but they have marked my absence. I have the medical certificate in hand & given that for attestation with saudi emabassy.

Right now they are pressuring me to rejoin saying that they will have to terminate if i didnot rejoin in few days & my visa is expiring in a month.

What are my options?

In the case of they terminate me can i get my experience certificate to work somewhere else?
