I have already been interviewed via zoom and passively completing my requirements to take this Augusts' snb exam. Situation: I am planning to withdraw, as a problem arose. Question: Am i still eligible to take the snb examif i take it next month?

You can write to the SNB conducting authority that you would like to withdraw writing the exam in Aug due to a valid reason.
So, either they will allow you to withdraw from the upcoming exam or else you may absent during the exam incase they delayed in response or not agreeing with your withdraw plan.
