2nd question, are there state schools that teach English which are free, if not how much are international schools that teach English.

@pm15 Hi, I doubt there are state schools teaching all subjects in English. But hopefully I am wrong other people may advise

As for costs, I found this on google in relation to international schools. These may be at higher cost. But might get you started. I think for this googling will help. For recommendation, I hope the forum helps.

Thanks for the clarification, my understanding wasn't as good as yours.

Anyway:

1. State schools that teach entirely in English - 0. At least up to my knowledge.
2. Private schools with curriculum in English 5 to 10, with prices about 20 000 BGN per year.

I have quoted reasonable amount of NET salary to sustain a family of four in case of just one working parent. The renting of a property would be with quite variable limits.  SO it depends on the property and the amount of the rent.

Basically for a family of 4 you would need at least 2 bedroom apartment, and you can expect a rent of about 1000 - 1500 BGN. In this case aim for "5000 +" NET salary. Gradual increase of the stating salary will be a good idea too.
