Didn’t you only just get married? You can speak to a UK solicitor but it will have to be registered in Tunisia. Are you living there or are you back in UK?

its relevant as you can easily divorce in UK. Divorcing in Tunisia only benefits the Tunisian & you will still have to register your divorce in the UK. If you divorce in the UK, you will know when its been completed & free to marry again.
