Hi,
im newly moved to Amsterdam since last year Aug'22. The house contract for the energy ( including gas and electricity utilities) set at €200/month. However, beginning from Oct'22, the landlord has requested us to pay extra €100 without showing the energy bill to us until now despite we keep requesting for it. As I know, from Jan this year, the Dutch government has introduced a price cap for electricity and gas. I am pretty sure that we did not overuse the energies.
I would like to know if there's any way I can seek help or at least to clarify the usage without paying extra which is not stated in the contract as well.
