Hello everyone,

As every year, we invite you to share your experience on the evolution of the cost of living in the region or city where you live in order to answer future requests for information from new members of the site who would like to move there soon in France.

In terms of accommodation, how much does it cost to rent/buy a flat or house in in France?
How much do you pay on average for public transport (bus, metro, train, tram, taxi)?
What is the average price of your monthly food basket?

How much does health insurance cost? How much does it cost to see a doctor in France?

What about school fees for your children?

What is the average monthly cost of electricity, gas, water, internet, telephone?

What is the average cost of your leisure activities?

If there are other expenses that you think are useful, please share them!

Thank you in advance for your future contribution

Hello

the majority of people earn the minimum wage, that is to say around €1,200 net per month

and finding a job not too far away so that they can go there by bike is very good, especially on the way back it clears your head of

to be able to receive the CAF for accommodation but if you are young to reduce accommodation costs it is better to be in shared accommodation

take SFR red as a telephone and internet subscription Good Service not too expensive

the problem is the cost of energy and electricity  the food which has increased a lot but the living environment is very interesting France one of the most beautiful countries in the world and among others on the Côte d'Azur for example you can have the sea so the beach and the mountains with skiing just a stone's throw away  side even on the side of Perpignan and Provence is magnificent
