Go to this website, and look up apartments in Ankara, and what neighborhood of Ankara you want to look in, and when you find one for rent then either call the people, or try to add them on whatsapp or skype, or another program and see if they have it, and send them a message. Or make an account on the website, and send them a message on the website and wait for them to respond back to you.

@minemeclis If you are honest pay taxes etc. Anyone who is not Turkish have some issues, still be honest is my view, who will do your filing etc. Renting out is fine, but it (if honest)comes with oblgations. (cost will well exceed income).

Expat renting out for me a no go.
