Getting older in Bulgaria by Kath948381

Do I have to return to the UK from my Bulgarian village home as I'm getting older ? I miss the peace and quiet when I have to return to the UK now and then so what do I do when I get older and older, I'm 72 , 73 later in the year.

I'll make do as well as I can Jane , I've never had a credit card or bothered with living beyond my current means but I'll manage as I'm sure you two will as well. Read More

Then when I went outside and downstairs to make my breakfast I found another field mouse it he'd drowned in the washing up bowl. So I threw it's body outside as well where like the other one it was eaten by the outside kittens. So that's two bodies ... Read More

Large crack running

Down the side of our outside stairs in a typical Bulgarian village house. The tiles on the steps have been damaged as well. How do I get it repaired and the whole steps retired? Water damage in the past I think Read More

I've got my S1 but husband's just received his details to be hopefully be added to mine then we can register with a GP. So what do we need to take with us to get him added to my form ? I'm a pensioner he isn't but he does have major heart problems.

So new notices in the new GP surgery in the village names two gps on different days which means I assume that we just go to the surgery of the GP we registered with? And UK like the UK we don't get private appointments but queue with everyone else. Read More
