When getting an Aruban drivers license 1 of the requirements is to have your US drivers license Apistilled. Do the Apostille have to come from the state of the US drivers license. I am told as long as it is a valid US Apostille, that is ok.

@ChefMinionMark Ditto on that. I also found that in D7 PMH they demand 2-3 months deposit. They will not return your entire deposit. They will come up with something to deduct. In VN, you are not getting all of your money back. Read More
