Primary Job Responsibilities:
Provide support to the Account Managers in charge of the recruitment and hiring process of USE's employers in the US through the several steps of the program.
Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, with US employers (when needed) in English, providing excellent customer service.
Conduct evaluation interviews with potential program participants to evaluate English proficiency and interpersonal/social skills.
Monitor other interviews being conducted by the team of English interviewers, to make sure scoring standards are met consistently.
Assist with the preparation and completion of official documentation for accounts paying close attention to detail.
Assist with the organization and coordination of logistics for USE's international job fairs across our South American offices.
Host and support employer job fairs, which may include accompanying employers to dinners, cultural activities, and city tours.
Assist in the development and delivery of orientation sessions and training materials for participants, including presentations and online material.
Create and adapt marketing materials to promote our programs to U.S. employers.
Pay close attention during team meetings (take notes), to find ways to proactively offer support to the Employer Services team, as opposed to waiting to be given instructions.
Provide general administrative support and contribute to other projects as assigned.
Skills
English: Native speaker or complete fluency (verbal and written).
Spanish: Intermediate or higher proficiency.
Must be a proactive self-learner.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Previous experience in sales, account management, or customer service strongly preferred.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) and virtual communication platforms such as Zoom is required.
Knowledge or previous experience in the hospitality industry, business administration, or international business is ideal.
Must be familiar with US American culture.
Must have a driver’s license or be willing to obtain one.
