Waiter- Turkish Restaurant

We are looking for a friendly, attentive, and customer-focused Restaurant Waiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience from the moment they arrive until they leave. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, and maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area. The ideal candidate is a team player with great communication skills and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and professionally.

Present menus, answer questions, and offer recommendations.

Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar.

Serve meals and drinks promptly and ensure guest satisfaction.

Monitor tables and attend to guests' needs throughout the meal.

Clear and reset tables efficiently between seatings.

Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate when needed.

Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in the dining area.

Collaborate with kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service.

Follow all company policies, health, and safety regulations.
