Description

We are a payroll company based in Kotka, Finland.

We require a Finnish / English speaker to assist with our company and employee administration. Duties will range from sourcing and securing accountancy, payroll services, administration of tax cards for employees and attending site when required.

The role requires someone who is diligent at paper work, is able to work independently and shall largely be based in Kotka with some travel to Helsinki tax office.

Ideally you will be Fluent / Native in Finnish and have a strong command of English.

Ideally you will have a car and be bale to drive although ability to drive is a necessity, having a car is not.

This role will be approximately 3 days a week, but with the option to go full time once business is established.

Skills

Computer skills: AI navigation and commands, google sheets, google docs, microsoft word, excel, outlook and gmail.

Personal skills: strong communication skills, administrative experience, organised, a peoples person, leadership skills to work unsupervised, proactive problem solver.
