Developmental Nanny / Early Childhood Specialist for a 1.2-year-old child ���� �� Phuket, Bang Tao

This is NOT a teaching or tutoring position. It's a nanny tetor/teacher combination.

Only candidates with relevant childcare and early development experience will be considered.

We are looking for a highly experienced and professional English-speaking specialist who understands early childhood development and can spend high-quality time with a child through interactive play, communication, and age-appropriate educational activities.

Child: 1,2 year old in Russian family based in Phuket, Bang Tao.

�� The main goal is to support the child's development through structured, age-appropriate activities, play, and interaction, while creating a natural English-speaking environment.

✅ Requirements:

— Preference given to Filipino or Thai nationals

— fluent / near-native English

— Direct experience with infants/toddlers (under 3 years) is mandatory. Experience with school-age children does not meet this requirement

— strong understanding of early childhood development

— ability to plan and structure age-appropriate activities

— ability to engage a child through play, communication, and educational interaction

— background in early childhood education, psychology, pedagogy, or a related field is highly preferred

— experience as an early years educator, developmental nanny, or similar role is a strong advantage

— love for children, ability to care for them

⚠️ Important:

We are looking for a professional who can actively support the child's development through structured play and meaningful interaction and also take care for child as a nanny — not just supervision.

— Phuket, Bang Tao area

— 2–3 times per week

— 3–4 hours per session

— communication with the child fully in English
