Requirements:
Filipino proficient in speaking, reading and writing Indonesian
Bachelor's Degree graduate or at least 2 years in college
Must have work experience in Technical Support/ Service Desk positions
Knowledgeable in computer applications
Knowledgeable in Troubleshooting(Network, Microsoft Account)
Experience in Service Now, Ticketing, WAN, LAN, WLAN is advantage
Responsibilities
Handle incoming help requests and queries via email or phone.
Prioritizing and resolving IT concerns and escalating serious issues to relevant stakeholders.
Quickly assess every situation and determine the best course of action.
Providing general information about the company's services or products.
Documenting processes and maintaining service desk records.
