Position: Korean Technical Support Specialist

Location: Quezon City

Salary: Php 100,000 - Php 110,000 Monthly

Schedule: Shifting with graveyard shift

Requirements:

Filipino who fluent in speaking, reading and writing Korean

Korean National with Permanent visa in Philippines

Bachelor's Degree graduate or at least 2 years in college

At least 6 month experience in Technical Support is a must

Willing to work onsite and shifting

Responsibilities

Handling customer technical support cases through phone, email and chat

Respond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges

Properly answer questions regarding the account being handled

Resolve technical issues related to network interruptions
