Position: Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Specialist

Industry: BPO Company

Location: Taguig City

Salary: Php 70,000

Work Scheduled: Shifting

Work Set up: Work Onsite

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

✅ Provide high-tier customer support to Spanish- and English-speaking clients globally across phone, email, and chat channels.

✅ De-escalate and resolve complex customer inquiries, disputes, and operational concerns efficiently and professionally.

✅ Maintain seamless, clear, and effective verbal and written articulation in both languages to maintain top-tier customer satisfaction scores.

✅ Systematically document all client interactions, updates, and resolutions in the internal enterprise system with extreme accuracy.

✅ Identify critical, high-tier technical or customer bottlenecks, route them to appropriate specialized departments, and track them until full resolution.

 

Job Requirements:

 

✅ Open to Filipino nationals with advanced verbal and written fluency in both Spanish and English.

✅ Requires at least 2 to 3 years of solid experience as a Customer Service Representative (bilingual account experience is a major plus).

✅ Open to both Undergraduate candidates and Bachelor's Degree holders.

✅ Must be currently residing within Metro Manila and willing to work fully onsite at our Taguig facility.

✅ Must be available to start immediately (ASAP).
