Willing to work onsite in Makati or Pasig
Willing to work on shifting schedules, including night shifts
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
Resolve customer concerns while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies
Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions
Meet established quality, productivity, and performance standards
Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service
