JOB REQUIREMENTS:

➤ Filipinos who can speak, read, and write Spanish.

➤ Open to undergraduate students and Bachelor's degree holders.

➤ Experience in Technical Support is an advantage.

➤ Skilled in handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

➤Willing to work on-site

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

➤ Providing assistance to external users of the client's technical products or services with regards to their questions or concerns

➤ Provide Basic Troubleshooting for customers issues in hardware, software, networking or other designated products

➤ Following appropriate escalation path to resolve technical issues; including making follow-up outbound calls to customers or other parties as needed

➤Preparing a complete and accurate report on the issues received

➤Performing other related tasks needed
