Position: French CS Representative
Industry: BPO Company
Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Salary: Negotiable
Schedule: Night Shift

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
➤Filipins who are speak and write in French language
➤Can Communicate conversationally in English language
➤Must be a high school graduate or Undergraduate with at least 2 years completion
➤Customer Service experience is an advantage
➤Open for Undergrad and Bachelor's Degree holder
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
➤Providing assistance and information via phone, web, email, and chat in French and English.
➤Listen and provide a solution to customer's concerns, issues, or questions
➤Preparing a reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions
➤Ensuring customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
➤Performing other related tasks needed
