Salary: Php 100,000 - Php 115,000 Monthly
Schedule: Shifting with graveyard shift

Requirements:
➤Filipino who fluent in speaking, reading and writing Korean
➤Korean National in Philippines
➤Bachelor's Degree graduate
➤Knowledgeable in Service and Basic Troubleshooting
➤With IT Helpdesk Experience
Responsibilities
➤Handling customer technical support cases through phone, email and chat
➤Respond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges
➤Properly answer questions regarding the account being handled
➤Resolve technical issues related to network interruptions
