Requirements for the job:

Filipino who can speak Korean (Conversational)

Speaking Korean language and English language

Ability to answer questions from Korean Customers who will buy the luxury brand

Must be degree holder of any course

Passionate and willing to brand the luxury brand

Ability to extend customer service to walk in customers

Experience in customer service and sales is an advantage

Duties and Responsibilities:

Welcome Korean customers and Filipino customers in the store

Answer questions of Korean customers about the bag, watch and jewelry

Recommend items based on the customer's preferences

Ask questions and provide suggested items based on customer's preferences

Advise Clients across the Brand and all product categories

Assist customer with after sales such as changes on item color or item designs

Helps customers decide the best product to buy aligned with customer's desires.
