Work Set Up: Work Onsite
Schedule: Shifting schedule / 9 hours per day
Requirements:
Vietnamese willing to work in the Philippines
Undergraduates are welcome to apply
Experience in Customer Service is advantage
With computer device and stable internet

Responsibilities:
Answers all incoming calls, directs questions and messages to appropriate staff or department, and provides information to existing and potential patients regarding clinic services.
Assists with appointment-related information for patients and clients.
Assists in returning voicemails and messages in a timely manner.
Confirms appointments for the coming day(s) by calling patients and cancels, rescheduled appointments as directed by his/her supervisor or lead.
Keep up with daily/weekly call response targets.
Maintains a professional, friendly, and courteous attitude in the performance of his/her duties.
Handles and maintain confidential patient information
Other duties as assigned.
