Position: Korean Customer Support

Account: Insurance benefits & coverage

Industry: BPO

Salary: P 70,000 to P 100,000

Schedule: 5 days a week

Heads: 20 head needed

Start date: February 2024

Requirements:

Filipino who can speak, read and write Korean

Highschool graduate or college graduate or college level

Undergraduates are welcome to apply

No age limit and no gender preferences

Answer emails and calls from insured Korean speaker about their policy

Assist Korean patient on how much is the coverage for hospitalization

Assist Korean patient with the requirements to get the amount of the policy

Give Korean customers their policy type and its benefits

Explain to Korean patients how to claim the amount of money

Discuss the qualification to the patient to be qualified for reimbursement of fees
