Korean Contract Specialist P120,000 Hybrid Set-Up
Company Profile: An American consultancy company located in Makati is currently in need of two Japanese & Korean Contract Analysts who will be handling contract related tasks from the Korea and Japan client market.
Position: Japanese & Korean Contract Specialist (work from home and hybrid)
Location: Work from Home 4 days and 1 day work onsite (Hybrid)
Schedule: 5 days a week (Saturday and Sunday off)
Work time: 9am to 6pm or 11am to 8pm or 3pm to 12 midnight
Salary: P 100,000 to P 120,000
Type of work: Back Office Job and non voice

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (once a week at the office)

Requirements:
Can speak, read and write Korean and Japanese
Must be able to use Japanese language but this is for Korean national
Must be Korean who speaks Japanese language
NO JLPT certificate required
Open to JLPT N4, N3, N2 and N1 levels (Certificate is not a requirement)
Must be able to speak Japanese, Korean and English
Knows how to translate documents from English to foreign language and vice versa
Degree holder of any course
Must have working experience either BPO, CSR, Translation, Legal or any field
No age limit and gender preferences
Can start working as soon as possible
Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare research, reports and documents for these clients.
Review and draft documents based on the research while ensuring compliance with client's preferences and applicable rules of the country.
Review confidential documents and non disclosure agreements
Interpret and ensure compliance with laws, rulings, regulations, and applicable risk management policies
Make a research regarding relevant information to confirm a specific subject
Monitor and review the agreement within the company
Perform admin tasks such as report and submit it to the management if needed
Attend meetings team meetings or meetings with clients
