Position: Korean Speakers Non-Voice Account

Industry: BPO - Media Streaming Account

Location: Mandaluyong City

Salary: Php120,000 - Php130,000 Monthly

Work Schedule: Shifting schedule

Work setup: Work onsite

Requirements:

��Korean National who is proficient in English language

��Filipino National who can speak, read and write Korean language in conversational

��Open to Highschool graduate and Undergraduate with atleast 2 years graduate

��Preferably with at least 1 year customer service experience is a great advantage

��Solid understanding and email/chat etiquette

��Willing to work onsite

��Willing to start ASAP

Responsibilities:

��Respond to customer's inquiries and technical concerns through emails and chats

��Assist customers' service concern through email or chat (e.g. playlist, features, troubleshooting and subscription inquiries)

��Assist customers in cancellation of premiums and in changing customer personal details

��Handle concerns of account users regarding paid accounts, payment issues
