Group Executive Creative Director
We're seeking a visionary Group Executive Creative Director lead the creative vision and brand strategy across our hospitality portfolio, including Revolver, Milk & Madu, Watercress, The Common, Ulekan, and future concepts. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll oversee all creative output—from branding, campaigns, photography, videography, design, social media, websites, and venue styling to guest experience and new venue launches. You'll lead and mentor a high-performing creative team while collaborating with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Development to deliver commercially impactful creative solutions.
Requirements: 8–10 years in Creative Director/Executive Creative Director roles, proven multi-brand hospitality/lifestyle/luxury experience, strong leadership and commercial acumen, and a successful track record in brand launches and venue openings
