Main job is foreign employees recruitment, communications.
1. Work closely with the HRBPs to leverage sourcing channels to build up candidate pipeline.
2, Conduct CV screening, Phone screening and f2f interview to idientiy right candidate for further evaluation.
3. To ensure all employment policies, process and systems are implemented align with Guideline
4. To take the initiative to escalate proposals on improvements regarding recruitment tools, routines and processes for most efficient work
5.Support or participate Staffing program, job fair, etc.
6. Fully utilize channel of job board & company website, linkedin, internal referral promotions, headhunters etc.

1. English native speaker;
2. HR/recruiting experiences for about 3 years;
3. Expats currently working and living in China.
