Activities Performed:

• Provided/Coordinated Gender Training of GMS: Southern Economic Corridor Towns

Development under ADB and MPWT along four economic towns Battambang, Poipet,

Bavet and Neak Loeung.;

• Prepared training materials: training kits, pre and post –test, evaluation and attendance

list, course outline, and produce training report and coordinate the project management unit (PMU), the implementing agencies (IA) and the project implementation units (PIUs) of the four project towns;

• Updated gender action plan (GAP) and poverty action plans during project implementation and design inputs for gender mainstreaming according to project objectives/goals.

• Developed and managed information, education and communication (IEC) programs to generate public awareness on assigned projects monitoring impact, social safeguards measures, and guidelines; consideration to be paid to capacity development and trainings.

• Actively participated in project monitoring and evaluation concerning to gender issue as well as ethnic group, prepare gender awareness training and conduct training to project beneficiary people as well as the project implementation staffs.
